An interactive Olympic management system.
In our third year, we were tasked with creating an interactive system in pairs. We designed a platform for the Greek delegation manager, providing full support across all stages of Olympic event planning, execution, and control.
The interface integrates AI-powered tools for prediction, early alerts, and real-time simulation. It analyzes and monitors every stage, enabling quick responses to challenges and seamless collaboration for efficient event management.

The Challenge
Managing the Olympics is a massive task involving overload, complex coordination, and real-time crises. Our goal was to create a system that enables smooth collaboration, accurate planning, and fast, data-driven decision-making.

Persona | Brad Smith
Age: 37 | Role: Head of the Greek Olympic Delegation
Background
Brad Smith, a former Olympic gold medalist in cycling, now lives in Mykonos with his family. After retiring from competition, he transitioned into sports management and has served as the manager of the Greek Olympic delegation for the past eight years.
Goals
Brad oversees every stage of the delegation’s journey, from strategic planning and training programs to real-time decision-making during the Games. His goal is to ensure smooth coordination, operational efficiency, and a strong team spirit throughout the event.
Vision
To lead the Greek delegation to outstanding achievements while preserving the Olympic values of integrity, excellence, and unity.
Product Structure
After identifying the persona’s needs, we created an intuitive information architecture that enables delegation managers to navigate the system easily. The structure is designed to provide quick access to essential modules such as scheduling, logistics, and real-time updates, all within an organized and accessible framework.
